„Wow, so sehen also 4-Sterne in Frankreich aus!
Garten und Pool sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Aber leider, siehe nachfolgend!
Wir haben das gebuchte Zimmer mit Gartenblick nicht erhalten, Reklamation: Wunsch Zimmertausch wurde nicht angenommen, Begründung ausgebucht. Leistungen gem. Beschreibung booking.com nicht erhalten. Zimmer zur Autobahn, sehr laut! Klimagerät Marke alt, sehr laut und nicht wirksam für Frischluft. Ergebnis sehr schlechter bis gar kein Schlaf zwischen zwei langen Autofahrten. Zur Sauberkeit Schimmel in der Dusche. !Ecken reinigen! Vollen Preis verlangt.

Netter Herr am Abend beim CheckIn und gute Tesla Supercharger Ladestationen.
Zusätzliche Kosten für Hund, jedoch "0" Service für den Hund - ich verstehe nicht weshalb in einem Zimmer in dem zwei Personen zu einem Preis schlafen können, wenn es nur eine Person ist und ein kleiner Hund der 4 KG schwer ist es zusatzkosten giebt udn aber "0" zusätzlichen Service. In anderen Hotels bekommt man einen Essen/Trinken behälter, eine Hundedecke etwas Futter und sogar ein kleines Spielzeug das man mitnehmen kann. In einem Zimmer hatte es einen leeren Kühlschrank, im anderen gar keinen Kühlschrank. Zucker für Kaffe hatte es in beiden Zimmer nicht :-(
